A shaft (diam. 1.05 m) hewn in hard limestone was discovered on a rocky slope, slanting westward (Permit No. A-3562*; map ref. NIG 20060/74625; OIG 15060/24625). The shaft was excavated to a depth of 5 m when work had to be suspended due to safety considerations. The shaft contained modern finds and was devoid of early finds, which could have dated it; it may have served as a well.
